Classic Yellow Cake with Almond Buttercream Frosting

Here is a cake I baked September 1, 2007. It is classic yellow cake with almond buttercream frosting and chocolate shavings. It's the first cake of many baked creations to come, so check back often! I've found a lot of enjoyment from baking, and look forward to putting together more tasty treats.
